Bill Payment is REFCU's online service that allows you to pay your bills from your computer. Set up payments to come from your REFCU Checking account automatically or as needed.

Account Services

ATM Card

You may access your account(s) 24/7 by ATM using your CO-OP card to:

  1. Get cash withdrawals from savings and checking accounts
  2. Transfer Funds from savings to checking and vice-versa
  3. Get information about your savings and checking account balance

ATM - Pin Change/Card Activation

To change your pin number or activate your ATM/Debit card, please call 1-800-992-3808.

VISA® Debit Card

Lost/Stolen ATM or Visa Debit Cards

For lost or stolen ATM or Visa debit cards, please call 1-800-472-3272.

Direct Deposit & Payroll Deduction

Overdraft Protection/Courtesy Pay

Wire Transfers

REFCU offers low-cost domestic and international wires transfer service. Most payments are same day or within 24 hours. To do a same-day wire transfer, for domestic you must request the wire before 3:00 P.M and international before 1:00 P.M.  For more information please contact one of our member service representatives.

REFCU also provides free notary services to our members at each branch. Signatures are notarized to protect against document fraud, certify that the signature is genuine and was made willingly and freely.

Just bring the document to be notarized with one of the following forms of photo identification:
