It is Scholarship time again!
REFCU is participating in the New York Credit Union Association statewide credit union Scholarship program, which provides credit union members with $500 or $1,000 scholarships.
To be eligible, students must be high school seniors attending two- or four-year accredited educational institutions for the first time in the fall of 2026.
You must also be members of REFCU (have your own account).
Student’s parent or guardian must sign the Certification and Release Authorization on the back page of the application form.
Application instructions:
- A completed application - Complete the online application
- A high school transcript documenting their GPA for grades 9-11
- An SAT/PSAT/ACT transcript
- A typed essay response
In order to complete the application, contact us for the Verifciation Code.
Applications will not be accepted after January 9, 2026.
